We were welcomed very professionally, lovingly and respectfully by Ruby and David. All the staff are very friendly and authentic and they enjoy working in this hotel. The room is more than pleasant in terms of price and amenities, even though the hotel is a bit older. We love breakfast and everything we need for a good start to the day was there.

Ideal location: hotel located in the center but in a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist street nearby.
Very attentive staff. We were able to check in in the morning at no extra cost, which saved our day. Late check-out, which suited us, was also possible for 350,000 dongs.
Nice room with rose petals on the beds and in the bathroom.
Many suggestions for excursions in the surrounding area.
Good breakfast, with the possibility of having a Bun Bo Hue.
The bathroom was leaking a little, but as is often the case in Vietnam I have the impression (in one week, I had 3 boutique hotels with leaking showers or bathtubs, in three different cities)

Very nice service on arrival...Ruby the receptionist quickly gave an overview and suggestions which was very helpful.
Overall very satisfied with the room and breakfast, highly recommended boutique hotel, with just 17 rooms centrally located.

My recent stay at Scarlett Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a room for me and my friend after 5 years we meet and visit Hue around.
The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay.
Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight.
One more time, we’re really thankful to the concierge team for their invaluable recommendations and assistance 🙏

The service is excellent, the room is wonderful and the hotel as a whole is perfect. The location is very central and every request is promptly fulfilled. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were even treated to a wonderful fruit plate that exceeds the standards of many other 5-star hotels. A clear recommendation!
