The passive aggressive lady who greeted us spoke questionable English but still went out of her way to help us and was very kind in offering assistance via email.
The room we took was a low level of cleanliness even by Asian standards: on the stairs we encountered a spider the size of the palm of a hand. In the middle of the room there was a soaked towel on the floor and water was dripping from who knows where.
On the plus side, they provide luggage storage and a bathroom for those who have checked out.
