Very nice hotel, the room I booked was very spacious with an excellent view with floor to ceiling window, very clean as well, the breakfast buffet is huge with a big variety of options, similar to 5 star hotels. The staff are also friendly.

We celebrated out Anniversary here and Thanh Lich Did not disappoint. They had beautiful towel swans and complementary fruit and cake in our room. Buffet was a selection and always had traditional Hue cuisine available. When arriving in the area we ran into a Bus pick up which was also headed to the same hotel. This is when staff verified if we were stay at their Hotel and promptly took our language as well to the hotel as the road has been closed that Friday night for pedestrians to walk thought. Check in was simple we wer4e also treated to 1 complementary massage for our extended stay which we could book at the reception.
Pool was indoors, but had a beautiful view of the city.
Next door was a bowling, billards cinema and arcade which is great if you want to entertain the kids. Location was 5min walk from the Perfume River and just outside of the citadel.

The second time I stayed, I was not satisfied with the room I booked at the beginning, so I asked the front desk to upgrade the room and make up the price difference.
I originally wanted to upgrade to the room I stayed in the first time, and I showed it to their staff at that time, but their staff said that there was no corresponding room type, saying that there was a better one, and I needed to pay 1.5 million VND.
