1. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The service was also very friendly.
2. At 3:00 a.m. on February 16, there were loud shouting and activities outside, which did not stop until 8:00 a.m. Couldn't fall asleep after being woken up! It's really infuriating.
When I checked out in the morning, I complained to the front desk and the hotel told me that this was a celebration organized by the government! But my question is that if there is an activity by the government, the hotel will know about it and should notify the guests as soon as possible (at least change hotels).
Instead of waiting for complaints to be made before giving 2 drinks or spa coupons and just calling it a day! The point is that this is not a business hotel, and we don't know how long it will take for international guests to arrive, so we can't use the coupons even if we get them. It can't make up for the discomfort of a sleepless night!

The service is not worth even half a star, a few outrageous things:
1. The youngest boy in the baggage service told me that 200,000 Vietnamese dong was small money. I was surprised and checked the exchange rate and found that it was at least 10 US dollars. How could he tell me that this tip was small money?
2. One day when we entered the room, we suddenly found half a bottle of mineral water in the room that had been drunk and was not ours. The hotel manager came and said it was left by the cleaning lady. Totally outrageous. If I lived alone I would be frightened thinking that strangers could come in and out;
3. Tax refund. I bought a few pieces of clothes in the hotel and they said I could get a tax refund. When I arrived at the payment reception, the waiter had no idea how to operate it. He gave me the name of his company and said the money would be transferred to my company account (outrageous again). Then I didn’t look at the invoice that was given to me carefully. When I arrived at the customs, they said it was a normal tax bill, not a refund claim. It was really outrageous! !
There were no snacks in other hotels, and there was construction going on outside, so I won’t talk about it. I don't have the good impression I had when I went to Azerai in Can Tho three years ago.
