Huge hotel. The hot springs were amazing. Breakfast choices were limited and food was quite expensive.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent staffers provided impeccable services, especially Lee (did not get his full name but he mentioned that his grandmother was a physician) drove us around to the spas and showed us around.

We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay. The hotel features a hot-spring spa area as well as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (Extra charges for each unless you book the package through c trip. The hotel is walking distance from the scenic area entry so well worth booking if you want to relax after a day in the mountains.

It is very close to Huashan Visitor Center, only a ten-minute walk away, which is very convenient. You can see Huashan from the room. I was exhausted from climbing the mountain, and if the hotel was closer, I would go back and lie down immediately.

The hotel is in a great location, close to scenic spots and ski resorts. Both the hot spring pool and the swimming pool are clean and high quality, especially the service is very good. The slippers are always neatly placed, the scarves are delivered when the hot spring comes out, the shuttle bus, the spa in the bathing center, the bathing service and other services are not inferior to those of a five-star luxury hotel.

The hotel has complete supporting facilities, fashionable and atmospheric decoration style, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Because it was cold, the front desk staff turned on the air conditioner in the room to preheat it in advance, which was a very warm service. 👍👍This trip coincided with the snow scenery of Mount Huashan, which was a great travel experience.

I was going to climb Huashan Mountain and checked into Nanshan Hot Spring Hotel one day in advance. The location was very good, just a few minutes to the tourist center, the environment was good, the hotel was very large, and the service was good.

The hotel environment and facilities are very good. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very enjoyable. It adds a good experience to my trip to Huashan. I will continue to stay if I come to Huashan next time.

The hotel is in a prime location, right at the foot of Mount Hua. You can see the scenery of Mount Hua from the room. The parking lot is spacious, suitable for novice parking and charging piles are available. It is within walking distance of the tourist center, which saves parking fees. You can also order a lot of takeout in the county, which is a good place for self-driving! The hotel public area is very large and there is a children's play area. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the details are superb. The bathroom is large and separated from wet and dry. After climbing the mountain, I also went to soak in the hot spring. The water temperature was just right and the water quality was clear and clean. Soaking in the hot spring, it was steaming hot, and the fatigue of climbing disappeared instantly. The overall check-in experience was very good, and the service was excellent. I especially praised the front desk lady, who was warm and thoughtful, checked in very quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities intimately. The check-in needs can also be met in the first time. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I climb Mount Hua!

If the management sees it, please give the big sisters chicken legs! Room: The guest room is very large, decorated in a typical state-owned enterprise style, and you can see Mount Huashan from the balcony. It is very comfortable to live. Breakfast: The staff is enthusiastic and the variety is complete. I ate a full meal before going to Mount Huashan! It was the off-season when we checked in, and I didn’t see many guests staying. The hotel is very large and seems a little deserted.
