Children's facilities are divided into categories, allowing children to choose what they like to play. There are parent-child toilets and wash basins outside in the game room. There are many types of meals, fresh and delicious! 👍, but I hope it will be more hygienic to restrict everyone to wearing masks when picking up meals. The waiters are also very good!

Is a resort hotel surrounded by nice greenery. Certain facades were damaged by previous cyclone Typhoons, repairing now the damaged structures. A very big room n breakfast despite less people but has wide spread of variety.

Perfectly located across from the train station. Bus station is also only a 3 minute walk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Surprisingly they have a simple yet efficient breakfast service to start your day. I don't eat ham but they had cheese, peanut butter, butter and jam selection. The lady who is in charge of breakfast was working very hard. She was constantly replenishing items for breakfast. I stayed in a dormitory room. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed for one night. The toilet and shower are inside the room of 4 beds. So if you are staying more than 1 day if you are lucky to have quiet roommates. It may not be easy. If I have a suggestion that would be alcohol spray and room spray since 4 people can use the toilet at any time. Overall, I recommend the WOW hostel Hualien. Their art work on the floors and decorations are very nice.

During the summer vacation, I took my family to Hualien to play and stayed at Tongmao Resort. I felt pretty good. I heard that the decoration was finished, so the room looked new, there were some small activities of bingo DIY, and there was also a starry sky cinema. It's just because it's far from the city, so it's more inconvenient to go out without driving.

This hotel has first-class service, elegant and comfortable environment, clean and tidy rooms and complete facilities. The location is convenient, the transportation is convenient, and the breakfast provided is rich and delicious. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is very suitable. Will visit again.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

I think it’s good because it’s clean and fun. There are many recreational facilities and are suitable for family travel. When I signed up for the hotel's local itinerary, the tour guide explained it in detail. This allows us to have an in-depth understanding of the human, historical and geographical environment of local attractions, Rather than just looking at things.

Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

20240627 This is my second time staying at Tuna! I remember that when I came last year, the parking lot was not cooperative. This year, I have obtained 10 parking spaces in the parking lot and can get free parking. The eleventh car will have to pay 200 yuan, and Tuna will pay 100 yuan. It is also a very good service. La! The breakfast is different from last year. This time it is a set meal with a variety of flavors and items. However, there are some that I personally don’t like, haha🤭! Is it a picky eater? That’s okay too! Now only coffee is provided, not self-service like last year. The Hualien area has subsidized travel subsidies starting from June 24. However, we booked a room from a third platform, which is already the lowest discount. Naturally, we cannot enjoy the travel subsidies provided by the government again. The entire accommodation experience is really good and well worth the money! Everyone should come to Hualien to travel more and promote economic development. Don’t be afraid to come to such a beautiful place because of the earthquake. A little complaint: It is a non-smoking room, but it still smells of smoke. Last year, I had the same situation as the hotel. The same situation happened again this year. I am really speechless😓!
