When the receptionist gave us the key card, she did not tell us that the room was a large one and a small room. It was not until the next day that I found out that the two people lived in a small room. Room, I think she should tell us about this. Two people can live in a large room without being so crowded. There was also no drinking water in the room, and the front desk staff didn't tell them in advance. Later, we called to inquire and found out that it was on the first floor. The hotel should have let passengers know this in advance, but they didn't. This was a terrible travel experience.
