雖然櫃臺人員頗貼心提醒建議先看菜色再決定是否加購早餐，但因為上次的入住經驗十分滿意，所以未參考她的意見就直接訂購，果然對於早餐內容滿失望的。 停車場不太夠，雖然停附近停車場可以享折扣，但仍有提升服務品質的必要，比起上次入住時感受的服務，讓人感覺當天是否因為來客數多而降低服務品質了！

A family trip, a superior quad room, very satisfying. Recommendation: 1. The second basement floor has play areas for children, perfect for when it's rainy and difficult to move around, or when the kids need to burn some energy. 2. The social areas on the first and second floors are spacious, perfect for a quick coffee or tea break. 3. Tongguan Supermarket is right next door, so you can get whatever you need. 4. The bathtub has a large capacity and fills up quickly, so you don't have to wait forever. 5. The price is relatively reasonable; a triple room with breakfast on a weekday during the summer vacation was under NT$3,000. 6. There are restrooms on every floor, making it super convenient since you don't have to go back to your room. 7. The elevators are super fast, which is a plus. Areas for Improvement: 1. The in-room phone doesn't work, and some of the public facilities are a bit old, but that's understandable. 2. The hotel has two parking lots, but if they're full, you'll have to park in the paid parking lot next door. 3. The marble entrance is slippery on rainy days, so elders should be aware.

No breakfast, no parking

The location is very close to Hualien Train Station. Free cookies, candies, and drinks are available in the lobby on the first floor. Just leave a 5-star review on Google. Mineral water, Sprite, Coke, and two packs of cookies are left in the room every day—very thoughtful! The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable, and there were two sinks: one in the room and one in the bathroom. The faucets were separate, for hot and cold water, which was a little inconvenient, but you'll get used to it.
