只想建議一點 希望退費機制可以彈性一點
因為原本是要到花蓮門諾醫院照顧家人兩天
就先在這預定，結果家人提前出院就不需要了
但旅店這裡卻是無法退費的
哪怕只是退一半
或是保留房位但消費者需在多久時間內使用
規矩就是蠻硬的
但我還是很喜歡這間旅店
我還是會再去的

Nice hotel with well designed rooms, near the main bike path. Late check in and early check out are a minus. The pool is very shallow so it's not for swimming, but good for kids. The environment is very noisy. Choose the room above fifth floor

I really liked this hotel and the friendly staff. The rooms overlook the sea and are modern, with nice big shower rooms. The local area doesn’t have many restaurants, but it was nice to be so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The room is quite special and can only be seen when you go out of the door outside the floor. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated so that the whole floor will not be covered with water. There is a swimming pool, gym and bicycle rental on the second floor. Parking nearby is also convenient... There are many choices for breakfast.
