這次是應邀去花蓮高農演講，經推薦入住承億，剛好外子去花蓮也都是住承億，當然就訂房了。
地點很棒，從火車站走出來一會兒就到了。
價格很實惠，房間空間較窄（我是住雙床房），早餐分時段，用餐時間一小時，有點緊張，餐食很普通，吃粗飽的。
大廳很文青風，這樣的感覺我喜歡。有一面兒童攀岩牆壁，遛小孩很好，但大人一定要在旁邊陪伴，畢竟有一點點危險。
總體而言可以給到4.5以上的評分。
建議：在大廳發呆，在房間看山，享受耍廢放空的心情。

Convenient transportation, close to the station, very convenient for buying souvenirs.
The counter staff was friendly, but there were a few spots on the wall of the room, the carpet had some stains, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and overall it was OK.

晚上房間冷氣21度，櫃檯人員告知因是中控無法調整，可以改為送風或是關閉冷氣或是他們可以提供暖氣機，房間有窗戶，但沒辦法開，關掉冷氣要我悶死嗎？冷氣21度再給我暖氣機，這樣合理嗎🙃
房間冰箱一點保冰效果都沒有，冰了前一晚的食物，早上退房前拿出來才發現根本不冰，和櫃檯反應，櫃檯告知因爲是環保冰箱，所以比較不冰，如果有需要保冰的東西可以給櫃檯代為冰存，那請問房間放冰箱的意義是什麼？
通往房間的走廊昏暗、隔音極差、浴室美縫髒污。
