櫃檯人員態度很親切，因為土石流和暴雨的關係，被迫多在花蓮停靠一晚，晚上臨時找了這家，前往住宿的路上收到電話，因為check-in的時間快到了，問我們何時抵達，怕我們不知道怎麼進出。外院也有可以停機車的地方，滿方便的。到大廳仔細的跟我們介紹一切，住宿裡也有電梯，採用房卡進出，大廳也有備品、咖啡機、微波爐，房間也不馬虎，冷氣、水壓很給力，但吹風機是小台的那種，長髮要吹一段時間，隔音中規中矩，但樓上洗澡開水聲還是聽得到一點點，早上9.會有飛機聲，但我還是會給滿分！住起來非常舒適，物超所值！
