I wanted to leave my luggage before check-in (from 3:00 p.m.), so I asked at the front desk, but there was no staff there, so I killed time by walking around the area until check-in time. I rang the front desk bell before and at check-in, but there was no response. I sent an email to the hotel saying I couldn't check in, and a staff member came out and checked me in.
I wish they would provide more details about how to handle luggage before check-in and how to check in smoothly at the time of booking.
