Trip.com should update their phone number, i sent request for late check in, send email, call phone number, all no responses, maybe the host cant speak english.
When i arrived at 10pm, i cant enter the place, so i called the phone number listed in the building board and have my son spoke chinese and then 15 minutes later the host came n welcome us with friendly.
The room as in pictures and clean, no complain
