因爲常去花蓮找朋友，這是第二次入住花蓮歐遊，下午5點45分入住，ㄧ進入房間，就因為樓層太高、房間偏小，跟櫃檯要求換房，櫃檯人員說房間訂滿，沒有房間可換，也不能指定房型，那我們就沒更換了，只是6點一進房間，開了冷氣到7點，完全不冷，7點出門有和櫃檯人員反應，直到凌晨三點回到房間還是不冷，跟大夜櫃檯人員借電扇，已經被其他客人借走，大夜櫃檯人員和我們進去房間了解情況，決定幫我們換房，因為冷氣還是不冷，說好的房間已滿～我百思不得其解😒改天應該會考慮住其他飯店了

Although I chose a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was still very strong when I entered. It would be great if there was no cigarette smell at all. The breakfast was a small bar. It can't be said to have everything, but it was pretty good compared to other motels.
