我訂的是經濟房，星期六價格配的上這價錢，房間小，乾凈，但吹風機是安在牆壁上很古老的吹風機，唉😔，不適合長髮的人，我們沒訂早餐，家庭房溫泉希望看起來能乾淨點。

透過Trip.com訂房，因搶便宜於平日2000一晚。旅途中有人身體不適。有發燒現象，前一晚申請取消訂房被拒絕，當天再次反映時，先是推卸給Trip.com無法取消，經過致電給Trip.com後，Trip.com告知飯店拒絕退費。致電詢問飯店，飯店堅持不予取消。放著疑似流感的客人造成可能傳染的風險。
入住登記時被櫃檯晾在旁就算了！誰知入住後才發現沒有浴池，經詢問飯店才告知2000房型沒有浴池、冷氣不涼、預設一大床變成兩單床。頭上還有會搖頭的風扇，真是傻眼
