停車方便，民宿還吸收停車費，很不錯 。附近一家吐司坊早餐好吃。房間較小，小小空間住四人顯擠，廁所也很小間，水量不大，熱水也不夠熱，天氣冷的話，應該會感冒。廁所置物空間也不足，貼身衣物不小心還掉進馬桶😤

距離花蓮火車站後站約5分鐘路程, 房間乾淨, 隔音算不錯, 門禁採磁釦感應, 房間是飯店式刷卡感應與插卡通電, 門口停車方便. 老闆另外經營茶飲店, 古早味紅茶很好喝.
