I am very satisfied with the service, facilities, and environment. There is also a golf cart that can be picked up and dropped off at any time. It is very convenient to bring children. When checking out, you can check out the room directly in the room and be transferred directly to the parking lot to help carry the luggage to the car. The water in the hot spring pool in the room will soon be filled, the hot spring is very convenient, and the hot spring pool water is very comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and the male staff at the first night of check-in were more passive and not very helpful. Dinner is very cost-effective! There are not many restaurants in Mizuho city during the off-season, it is recommended to add dinner. The equipment is very new and the environment is quite comfortable. The only drawback is the hot spring area. The comfort is that the whole area is reserved, but the lighting in the hot spring area is dim at night, which makes people afraid to go there alone. Very convenient location very near Hualien train station. Nice public area with lots of outlets and with water dispenser. Free coffee and tea packs. Simple breakfast is included but it starts late. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very awkward ladder going up the topdeck of the bed in the dorm room, as shown in the picture.
