The staff of the hotel are very nice and accommodating.

The location was very convenient, especially for those arriving by train, as it is very close to the train station. The room didn't smell good, but since we arrived around 10pm, we decided to stay because it was already late. The water stopped in the middle of our shower, so we had to change rooms again, since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The other room was on the 4th floor. Very stressful and tiring, especially when you have suitcases. Access to the rooms is also not pleasant, you have to go through the middle of the restaurant kitchen to go up the stairs. I wouldn't recommend this place because there are many other places with similar prices, but better and more organized.

There is nothing in the room, no hair dryer, no shampoo and shower gel. Bad review.

A hotel in the city center is a restaurant bar! Even the restaurant is full, but I'm quiet. Functional and practical~ Nothing fancy, but it suited me perfectly.

Experience with scooter rental through Say Cheese and not as a hotel guest. Both during last year's holiday and this year, there was a lot of whining about whether or not to return the rented scooter on time. The first time was paid for a week in advance and the day before the end I received several calls from the employee where the scooter was kept, which according to her should have already been returned. That was not correct and the owner said that evening when I spoke to him that as far as he was concerned the scooter could indeed have been returned the next day. Furthermore, no apologies or the promise that the staff would receive correct instruction. In good faith, I rented a scooter from Say Cheese again this year. And afterwards the same whining from the employee again, stating that the scooter had been returned a day too late. Normal practice is that if you rent a vehicle for a day, you return it no later than 24 hours later, as well as for multiple days. Apparently not at Say Cheese, so you pay an extra day. What is most disturbing is the very rigid attitude of the employee who cited the contract. The first time I was absolutely right according to the contract and the 2nd time there was no contract but the employee had only made her own note. By the way, not really cheap scooter rental at 300 Thb per day. And if you are then presented with the unfriendly behavior. Conclusion: a very unfriendly, rigid attitude and incorrect working method. There are plenty of other landlords. I don't go there for food and drinks anymore.
