A time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk service was also very good. The housekeeping staff provided great and professional service. This is a highly recommended hotel in Hsinchu City!

The room was spacious and cozy. And the hotel is close to the Hsinchu station and centre of the city, so it's easy to reach to markets and shops to get most of the things.

Fantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised. Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

Big hotel with a great facilities, just that when I request for extra blankets need to pay extra, since is winter time in Taiwan would appreciate if can get it for free.

There is a parking space underneath the hotel and welcome snacks. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also has a steam bath. The refrigerator is a large one There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I originally thought that the dishes would not be replenished as time was approaching. As a result, there will be new ones Overall, the experience was great. I will choose here again next time👍🏼

There is no shuttle bus, so it is a bit difficult to get there without driving. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The only drawback is that the government stipulates that disposable amenities ”will not be provided proactively”, but the hotel ”does not provide” disposable amenities. You need to buy them at the counter, and there are no amenities for children. It is a big deduction for a parent-child hotel not to have amenities for children. The swimming pools are all indoors and will not be unavailable due to weather conditions, which is highly recommended. According to the sign on the wall (not an electronic display screen), the water temperature of the swimming pool is 27 degrees, the SPA pool is 33 degrees, and the children's pool is 34 degrees, which is very good for playing in the water even in winter. The food at both Sunshine Bistro and Monet Restaurant is of high quality and good value for money, and I have to emphasize again that the service staff are very friendly and not sullen. Overall, the accommodation experience is excellent and it is a hotel that people will want to visit again.

The arrangement is very good. There is a sap pavilion but the steam seats are too hot and the pool temperature is not hot enough. The bathtub in the room is very good, but the only drawback is that the sound insulation is very poor. We only turned on the TV to watch movies and the sound was loud. Maybe The bedside of the room was right next to the TV, so the room next door was very noisy.

The service staff guided us very attentively~~but it was because it was an RV! The parking space is outdoors and cannot be shaded! It is not convenient to carry luggage. It would be better if the parking aspect can be improved in the future. In the evening, we went to the famous Dongmen Market to eat delicious food. It was amazing! Such great seafood! The area near the hotel is also very lively!
