There is nothing to complain about at this price during holidays, but the hotel is under construction recently. The construction is very noisy early in the morning and it is basically impossible to sleep well. The hotel itself is not flexible in adjusting the itinerary, and basically there is no refund once the reservation is made. If you are afraid of noise, you must consider whether you can tolerate it.
The hot water heats up very quickly. The nearest 7-11 is about 300 meters away, but they sell some basic instant noodles and drinks on the first floor, so you can buy some if you are really hungry.
