The front desk staff can speak Japanese, so it's reassuring.
The rooms are clean. It's especially nice that you can take off your shoes because the floors are wooden (if it was a mat, it would be a bit...)
The location is also close to Hsinchu Railway Station, so it's easy to get around. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a yakiniku restaurant nearby, and Dongmen Market is just a short walk away.
As for amenities, two bottles of water, coffee packs, oolong tea/jasmine tea packs, and disposable slippers are replenished every day.
Shampoo/body soap is provided in the bathroom.
Other amenities are not provided as a ban was issued by **** from 1/1/2025. Bring your own.
There was only one bad thing.
Regarding the facilities, the drain pipe in the shower room is designed without a water trap, so the smell of the drain pipe sometimes comes up...It's not something that can be easily fixed, so I think it would be better to create something to temporarily cover it until the hotel fixes the facilities.
