Location is great! Remember that parking is £12 per day, but it’s extremely convenient if you would you are going to the airport. Room is very clean and tidy, but you must wash the kettle before using. It’s extremely dirty, even with residue. Still extremely dirty even washed for a few times. Didn’t use the kettle at the end.

The hotel charged double due to the incidence of fire sparks at the Heathrow airport and did not allow refund/partial refund for cancellation due to change in travel plan.

It was very pricey not worth staying there. My flight was canceled I asked to extend one more night they put the price up to double it. I just found a better one less expensive.also i didn’t mention the breakfast was so basic and plain.

We enjoyed our stay, just visiting London for two nights, the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the tube at Hounslow East. Lovely clean good sized room, powerful hot shower. We didn't eat at the hotel but we would stay there again.

In order to save money, I booked a hotel in the suburbs of London. The price of 500 per night was much cheaper than the hotel in the city center, and it also included breakfast. The breakfast tasted average, the room was clean and spacious, and the hotel was in a remote location
