Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

If you’re visiting centre of London for sporting shopping or entertainment, this is a 20 minute ride on National Rail the hotel is two minute walk a Wetherspoons and Asda superstore and takeaways are very close so this is an ideal venue for a budget price

The staff were amazing. I was staying for work and I needed a couple of things taken care of last minute. Both Irina and Dinesh went above and beyond and were happy to help with everything I needed. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and the staff have been great.

The staff at recepion very helpful and friendly. In particular Rimma, Loveleen and Natasha. They where the people who made my stay exceptional. The hotel room was very clean and fresh. The only thing I would fault, is the new heating system that keeps going off to save energy, at the expense of the room being cold at times. Please bring back the old heating!!!
