The front staff were great! We had our room cleaned and restocked when requested. Our stay was uneventful and pleasant- would recommend.

The hotel restaurant is delicious and I have no desire to eat outside. I went in the cold season, but the room temperature is always just right and comfortable. The staff feels good. The rooms are cleaned daily and are clean.

Like going back in time. The architecture and decor is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and all features have been updated without loosing the style of way back when. All the staff I encountered was so helpful, friendly and responsive. Each room is a bit different. I saw 3 as some of my relatives also stayed there. The bathrooms are very up to date and the beds are extremely comfortable. My only concerns: I stayed 3 nights and the 3rd night I could hear voices from another room well into the night. The second night it snowed and early (6:30am) the next morning I was awakened by someone clearing snow. I would definitely stay the again and I would recommend it to others.

I am not sure who this company pays for the half decent reviews that they have because this place is truly atrocious. There are tons of sketchy people and homeless lingering around the hotel definitely don’t leave anything valuable in the hotel room or in your car without you present. The hotel staff was very hostile and not personable one bit. We had an issue with our hot water and when I tried to address the issue with the front desk staff, they told me that they wouldn’t switch me and then I had to deal with it even though they had vacancy. The staff was extremely disrespectful and when I asked to speak to a manager, they walked away and continue to just ignore me. The rooms are as bare as they come and very dark and having a weird smell.. definitely not worth it for how much they are asking a night you would think that it would be a little bit more livable. It honestly needs to be shut down and their staff needs to be educated on how to run a business in the hospitality industry. They overcharged us as well And told us that they would not be refunding the over amount because their policy does not allow it even though it was their fault

We found our room to be a little under- supplied in terms of soap, shampoo, towels, etc but otherwise everything was very comfortable. Once we got our bearings we found that it was a very easy walk to the Santa Fe Plaza and quite a few other restaurants outside the plaza. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable although a little dated. There is a nice pool and fitness room on the property but we didn’t use these at all yet were charged a daily resort fee. I don’t feel that charge was appropriate, this didn’t feel like a resort, more like a suites hotel with a pool.
The Inn of the Anasazi A Rosewood Hotel celebrates the enduring creative spirit of the regions early Native Americans. Located in the heart of Santa Fe plaza; the 57-room Inn is an elegant microcosm of Southwestern style with massive hand-carved doors sculptured stairways and sandstone walls that whisper of prehistoric Pueblo living. Not only was the hotel built in true tradition but the hotel was blessed by an Anasazi medicine man and buried beneath the buildings and within the walls and ceilings are crystals thought to have magical powers. The ground the hotel sits on is historic and contains many artifacts and ruins of ancient times.
Santa Fes Inn of the Anasazi is a unique year-round destination for guests with discerning taste. The hotels intimate event venues accommodate 10 to 40 guests. Comprehensive guest services exceptional food and beverage and an experienced concierge staff ensure that each and every guest feels welcome and at home.

Mixed feelings about this place. The hotel itself is OK. Not really five star but nice. The rooms are small. Our room on the second floor looked out over and old air conditioner. When we asked to be moved, the staff told us “we are stuck between two buildings. None of the rooms have a nice view”. It feels like the hotel is working at 20% staffing rate. Couldn’t get an evening drink in the bar/restaurant. No seating. We had two breakfasts. One was great (the eggs done an way). The second was pancakes. They were OK but the maple syrup on the menu was replaced with pancake syrup. Not what you expect from a $400+ per night hotel. The maid service was outstanding. They carefully refreshed and organized our room. Room service was only available 8am-8pm. Again not what you expect for the $. Overall, I would not probably not stay there again. Feels a little like you are paying for what it used to be and not what it is today.
Motel 6 Santa Fe Plaza - Downtown offers a great location, at un-compared value. We are within walking distance to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, fine dining, museums, shops and galleries. Smoke-free guest rooms include free Wi-Fi.

Do not stay here. During our stay, the front desk clerk gave a key to our room to another guest. I was laying in bed in only a bra and underwear when a complete stranger opened the door. I yelled at the guy that he obviously had the key to the wrong room and he left. This is a HUGE security breach. What if this random person had been dangerous? What if I had been asleep when a potentially dangerous person was given access to my room? Apparently Motel 6 corporate doesn't care about this issue either. They should have refunded at least part of our stay for this incident. I will do my best to tell everyone I know that Motel 6 doesn't take the security of their guests seriously. Also, our towels were only replaced one day out of a four night stay. The trash was also only emptied once. Other than Thursday, (the day they let some guy have access to our room) we left in the morning and did not come back until after dark. There's no reason for housekeeping to skip our room every day except Thursday.

The hotel was great, not the newest but it was clean. Staff was friendly. The beds were super comfy. We always bring our own pillows because some places they are hard. These pillows were so comfy we left ours in the car. Just like home. The frig froze a couple things but really minor cheese can freeze and you can still eat it! Everything was clean and fresh. Coffeemaker in room was k-cup style and the brand was so good. The microwave was great too. The air was working great too. The hot breakfast was great a lot of choices but no regular plain oatmeal only sugar filled packages but no complaints really so much to choose from. The pool is inside it was too cold to get in and my husband got in but out quick. I thought it was suppose to be heated? Hot tub was clean to but no jets which is sorta useless just like taking a hot bath in your swim suit. I have really one concern. There is a lot of unhoused folks in the area. Some were in the bushes in front of the patio passed out. And they are in the medians which is dangerous. We also live in a city where we have our unhoused population. So we do understand the issue . But it was scary a lady was riding her bike and was very shakey if we had not moved off the side walk she would have hit us. We love walking around the area looking for hidden gems but we were not comfortable walking away from the hotel. So we just drove which was perfectly fine. If you go down town the the plaza best advice GO EARLY! Parking can be difficult. But so worth it to check out all the shops and various venders. Check out the French bakery you won’t be disappointed!
