The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.

Had to book this hotel last minute after another changed my reservation unexpectedly. The service at the front desk was great. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was what I'd expect at a Homewood Suites. TV signal was on the fritz for a little bit but resolved itself pretty quickly. There were only 2 towels in the suite but it was easy enough to go down and grab extra. I liked that the front desk had board games you could rent out for free. Overall this was a pleasant and easy stay for my family during our short trip to Fresno.

Pretty typical Hampton Inn experience, clean, comfortable, safe, nice staff. The location is very good, a quiet area surrounded by medical offices and several other similar hotels. It is right off the 41 freeway but far enough away to not hear any traffic noise. There are several shopping centers just on the other side of the freeway including a movie theater, many food options, and a Costco. A good neighborhood for sure. A few minor complaints: The air conditioning fan was very noisy; There is little sound insulation between rooms - the family next door speaking in a normal volume sounded as if they could have been in our room; We had no TV signal due to some technical issues that day. The Hilton corporation should have technicians on-call to fix such issues. We want our TV entertainment before we go to sleep. It was still not working when we checked out the next day. Minor complaints aside, we liked this hotel and will likely stay here next time we visit Fresno.

This hotel as all Quality Inn's do, charge 100 for a deposit. Instead of refunding me the deposit at checkout they charged me another 166 dollars for checking out early. This hotel was holding 266 dollars of my own money. That should have been charged to the 3rd party who booked and paid for the room for work. The staff made a mistake. They refunded the money back to me, however. I checked in on February 25, 2020 and checked out on March 3, 2020. Decent rooms. The internet/cable tv went out for several hours one of the days I stayed there. I might stay there again if I had to. Quality Inns all do the same thing.. Charge the guest for desposits and early checkouts/frequent billing issues.
After traveling on the train and waiting an hour for a Lyft I showed up to the hotel excited to get in the spa suite I booked however upon my arrival. I was informed that the hotel was sold out and would need to find other accommodations. The clerk was helpful in calling all the hotels in the area until I was able to secure a room across the street at LaQuinta. The hotels were perfect. Unfortunately this site advertized and charged me for a room that wasnt even available. 3/20/21

A neat hotel located in Fresno, the gateway city to Yosemite National Park.
The breakfast was good in a comfortable room condition, and I was especially surprised at the neatness of each spoon, knife, and fork individually wrapped with care.
If you are visiting Yosemite National Park with your family, this is a great place to stay.

Very Good
We stayed for one night to recharge on our way from Yosemite to Kings Canyon. Location was great - easy access to the highway, restaurants, and groceries. Room was good. Basic furnishings, which was all we needed. Air Conditioner kept It cool in the 110 degree heat, and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. They have laundry facilities, but front desk has. No quarters - had to go elsewhere to get some, which was annoying. Seems like a small ask to have some quarter rolls. Would recommend this hotel as a nice stopping point.
GGuest UserWe stayed at this location as a way stop while helping move our daughter to southern California for school. We were caravanning with two cars loaded with household items. Prior plans to connect with family in the Yosemite area (and keep things secure overnight) had to be hastily changed because of evolving wildfires. We made a last minute reservation and pulled in to this hotel later in the evening. Ever aware of possible security risks, but knowing there wasn’t any way to avoid leaving things in the cars, we took a little comfort that they had someone sitting outside the hotel entry who the desk indicated was there to watch the cars –and we did take more valuable items like laptop computers to the room. When we returned to our cars early the next morning, both of them had smashed backseat windows. The household items, mostly packed in storage bins, were untouched. However, about half of our daughter’s clothes that were in a large stuffed duffle and two handmade quilts – one she’d made with her grandmother last year before she passed – were gone. I’m giving the hotel 1 star because of security. The security person they had out front seemed to be semi-catatonic, which had prompted my inquiry at the desk when we checked in, and which in hindsight should have raised more questions. However, with a last minute, nonrefundable reservation and being at the end of a 12 hour day of driving we didn’t feel like we had much choice. The signs about not leaving valuables in your car that dot the parking lot also aren’t much help, except for the hotel to be able to say “we told you so”. This is a hotel along the highway -of course there are travelers with stuff –most people aren’t just making a short trip to the corner mall. The hotel staff nicely helped get us trash bags, broom and vacuum to clean up all the broken glass, and provided the phone number for the police, but didn’t do much more. I asked about security camera footage since we were right in the field of view for two cameras –but the front desk couldn’t reach their manager to get permission to share it. I left my name and phone, but never heard back. We called the police immediately upon discovering the damage and stolen items, but they didn’t show up and so we left to start looking for someplace that could replace broken windows on a Saturday (hint, auto dealers aren’t likely going to be able to help). We got one car fixed at a glass shop associated with the local pick-n-pull –but it took about half the day. The other vehicle, which was less than a week old, I ended up driving to southern California without a window (which means other windows also have to be down to avoid the resulting wind throb –that’s fun for 4-1/2 hours) with the hope of finding a dealer to make the repair near our final destination. In the end, this is a crime hole. Until the Hotel finds way to really effectively ensure safety and security (it’s a cinch as others aren’t going to) you’d be be
FFather John LOVERALL...a dump. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! This is a Motel 6.1 -- a repurposed condo or retirement home property. The first two-bedroom suite we checked into did not have functioning air conditioning--the thermostat read 82 degrees (and actually climbed to 84 before we went to the office to report it). In the replacement room, the A/C worked in only one bedroom and not adequately. The thermostat also read 82 degrees and never budged downward, even though we set it to 55 to try to get it to cool down. A man, who did not identify himself initially, knocked on our door and when my sister was trying to get him to identify himself through the door/peephole, he said he was ”checking on the room”, then he attempted to open the door from the outside. When I came to the door and asked who he was, he said he was from the ”front office” and offered us two separate rooms, somewhere else on the property. We declined...my sister was not comfortable being in her own room in a ”sketch” motel. I jimmied the coffee table to keep the door from being accessible from the outside before we went to sleep. Not identifying himself, up front, as being an employee of the hotel was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and left us wondering about the security of the hotel. In the morning, we spoke with multiple other guests, all of whom had problems with the air conditioning. The breakfast was standard cheap hotel fare with a waffle maker and some hot serving containers holding miniature hot dogs (Little Smokies?) swimming in some sort of hot liquid. NO. THANK. YOU. The accommodations while clean, were dumpy, like a half-step up from a Motel 6. The deadbolt did not work and the little metal thing that supposedly replaces it could easily be broken by someone who wanted to force their way in. One of the wall mounted bedside lamps had no lampshade and looked like it belonged in a basement interrogation room for terrorists. Jackson, the manager, seemed attentive and pleasant, but for whatever reason, he did not disclose the air conditioning problems which were so widespread that it is not fathomable that he was unaware of it. When I reported the problem to him initially, he mumbled something about maintenance having told him everything was working.
GGuest UserThe rooms are great, spacious clean and all appliances work well in the rooms. The breakfast is great, you have breakfast variety for everyone. Service was wonderful all staff are friendly and efficient. We love the pool! They keep a safe and clean environment! We absolutely love this hotel we book with them every time we visit Fresno.
GGuest UserIt was kinda on far side of Fresno but it surprisingly very clean the rooms were big . The beds were comfortable it was quiet it was a very pleasant stay .only complaint is I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast being served u got a bag with a water a granola bar and a muffin wish these places would start serving breakfast again but overall a nice stay it was kinda in a not to great area but have stayed in way worse areas in Fresno
GGuest UserI came here on a 13 week assignment, before getting here I called to make sure that my reservation was complete and to make sure that I could pay monthly as I will be here for the next 3 months. I spoke with Cody who happens to be THE WORST hotel manager I have ever met.Who stated that I would need to pay up 2 weeks ahead and then I would be able to pay the monthly. Ever think about getting rid of him? I have talk to him almost weekly and Ive been here 4 weeks, because they have over drafted my account on numerous charges that have come up to well over $800 alone because they find it funny, I guess, to continue to try to draft my account for what ever amount they want. They have made my account so over drawn that I can't even afford to pay for my regular bills that come out automatically. I am in debt, where as when I came here I wasn't Speaking with this Cody guy is a complete waste of time. He as left me on hold, he never returns my call, he has had held my packages that have come in the mail until they can deduct money from my account. The front desk people are rude, they never state their names and when you ask you, ”My name is J”. Really? Ive worked in customer service before and the first thing you know is to let the customer know who they are talking too. Oh wait this isn't a 5 star facility. I have asked that they clean the air vent in the bathroom because it looks like they haven't cleaned it since the 80's. They still haven't cleaned it. So their salute to cleanliness and protocol for covid measures is non existent. I have pictures and screen shots of my account to back up everything that I have stated. I have contacted corporate about my issues seeing as how talking to Cody is like talking to a Attention Deficit Adult. Yea I said it and I mean it. If corp doesn't take these concerns to heart and find out a way to get me my money back and stop dipping into my account when ever they want I will MOST certainly obtain an attorney. We travel nurses are here for a safe, clean, customer friendly place to stay and to get treated like this is deplorable.
BBernice RuizOnly thing that wasn't to my liking was there was only entrance They wanted yew to enter through instead b4 they use to have a variety of entrances accessible to the hotel it was a hassle moving my belongings from the father side of the hotel nd my room was on the 3rd floor. Nd no baggage dolly that they use to have b4 that wasn't Available either
PPENGI heard from customers that the surrounding area is not very safe, so I took everything in the car to the room. Actually, it was OK, nothing happened. The room is quite big.
