Excellent hotel in the heart of the city and easy to get around. The hotel's hardware is first-rate, the rooms are large; the breakfast is also very good, it is hard to find in an Indian hotel; the service of the hotel is first-rate!

Very friendly staff and great location. Room is clean and dinner buffet is good.

Location and area It’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive. Aerocity is a wonderful developed area - so many lovely restaurants and cafes with quality food for all ranges! I was surprised for the qualitative variety the area offers available for short time visiters! Room Nice comfortable bed, quiet and nice view, comfortable chairs and sofa, nice air ventilation! Toilet and bathroom Very clean! Hot water supply! Powerful enough shower! Ground floor dining restaurant Offers a wide variety of food, quality and tasty! Breakfast buffet is especially impressive! Staff and working team It’s the second time I stayed with Holiday Inn in different cities recently. One very strong impression is that the team - may it be front desk, or at the restaurant - every one is so friendly, attentive, and always wants to ensure you are being well looked after. Prepaid for hotel to Trip and Trip had forwarded payment to the hotel however staff at reception seems to be clueless with once agent sends payment customer needs to be checked in however took a long time to check in and payment issue was still not sorted. Won’t be going back to this property again :((

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

As i came near the hotel, the guard came to pick me up. As i reached the reception, i was welcomed very nicely and given water etc. Then after that i entered and was given a very nice room. The staff there also served me very well and fed me food etc. I felt very good. Bedsheets etc. Were being changed daily.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

The original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.

Exceptional Hotel! An Oasis, with lots of greenery in the middle of Chaotic New Delhi. A truly 5-star hotel, excellent OBEROI standard service, the friendliness of all staff at all times from check-in to check-out, super modern and functional facilities, and extremely tasteful decor. Incredible breakfast, with fantastic options in the Buffet or a La carte, the restaurants inside the hotel are wonderful, the rooftop has a super sophisticated bar and frequented by super cool people. With absolute certainty if I go back to New Delhi, I will stay in this hotel again, I will never forget the indescribable aroma of this hotel and its Amenities.

I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain.
