Nan'an Hotels with Hot Tub

Advantages: New hotel, new equipment, very friendly service staff, and independent underground parking lot. Disadvantages: 1. The water pressure and temperature are not enough. 2. The room instructions were unclear and I had to go around in circles before I found the room. 3. There is no air conditioning, only heating, and no ventilation. The room is super stuffy. The only way to ventilate is to open the window. This is the only hotel I have seen that can open windows and has no protective measures outside the windows. The space that can be opened by the window is enough for a thin adult to enter and exit. If there are children, there is a great safety hazard. 4. There are very few breakfast items and they are not labeled. You have no idea what they are unless you open the box. I hope the hotel will pay close attention to the above issues.

The hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere. The Christmas tree in the lobby is very beautiful. The hotel has robots that can deliver takeout to the room, which is great. The room facilities are complete. Barry at the front desk provides good service and is very enthusiastic.

Everything was clean, well located, the staff was super kind and willing to help, the breakfast and dinner buffet had diverse options to choose from, including international food.

The first feeling of staying is that the front desk lady is warm, the check-in is fast, and the surrounding play and food recommendations are also provided, which is very intimate. The front desk has a faint tea fragrance and robot service. The price is very high, the price is reasonable, and the facilities and services are not discounted at all. Whether it is a short stay or a long stay, this is a good choice. In short, this stay experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended to friends who come to Nan'an! Next time I come to Nan'an, I will definitely choose Chengshi Travel Hotel!

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are smelly. Ignore these. The rooms are spacious and equipped with smart devices throughout the house. However, the TV cannot cast the screen. The breakfast is okay and the milk is too watery. Overall, I am quite satisfied. After all, if you stay in Licheng District on the weekend, you will need it. It’s hundreds of dollars more, but it’s not as good as this hotel. In addition, there will be a follow-up phone call after the stay, which I don’t like very much.

This is my first time staying outside the province. I booked it after seeing recommendations on my past travels. It was mainly because I wanted to be closer to the high-speed rail station. It’s not very pleasant to review it. We booked the National Day holiday from the 3rd to the 7th. Since we arrived in Quanzhou too late, we went to have dinner first. The customer service said that it was too late and no one at the front desk needed to help us verify the room reservation first. (I previously booked the mini special room in Figure 2 because it was too small, so I canceled the order and changed it to the elegant and warm double room in Figure 3.4. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t go to the site to book a room, but the customer service deceived me and directly opened a mini special room for me ( The room type is exactly the same as Ctrip’s mini special room.) After I contacted customer service, the reply was that this room is an elegant and warm double bed room. Looking at pictures 4 to 8, it is exactly the same as the mini special room listed online. What’s funny is that the customer service said On the first floor, there is a mini special offer for an elegant and warm king-size bed room. On the fifth floor???? The customer service of the B&B insisted that they would give me an elegant and warm king-size bed. Fortunately, the boss was quite gentle and came forward to solve the problem. He said that the room type was not enough, so he gave it to me. As a guest of the special room, I really can’t understand whether you should communicate with the guest in advance if you want to downgrade the room type (the customer service also emphasized that the room type is the matching room type, haha). Although they compensated me for the price difference after communication, I encountered this kind of thing when I went out. Not even happy anymore ps: My sisters who were traveling together also encountered this situation. The rooms booked did not match the actual rooms. They were all too small. Another point is that the toilet in the special room on the first floor that was given to me didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and the hygiene was very poor (see picture).

From the moment you enter the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm of the hotel staff. The security guards serve tea when you check in. The front desk receptionist introduces the free gym coffee bar. The room equipment is very complete and the hygiene is very clean. The restaurant staff greets you and the breakfast is very good. Great. In particular, the beautiful lady Wang Mingyue at the front desk is very enthusiastic and attentive. The handsome guy in the buffet afternoon tea area also provides excellent service. I will choose you next time I come.

The staff was welcoming, the check-in procedure was fast, the house was large, clean and tidy. There is a gas station next to it, and there is a net red restaurant that locals love to eat, and there is a queue at meal time. Going forward, walking 200 meters, there is a brightly lit small road on the left hand side, there is a super delicious and inexpensive food stall, quite pleasantly surprised. In general, it is a hotel with a high cost performance.

The room is very clean, the service is in place, the lobby environment is also very good, and there is a sweet smell when you enter. The breakfast is very rich and the Fuding meat slices are delicious.
