"The outpatient clinic continued during holidays, and there was less rest time. I searched for hotels around and found this hot spring hotel with good reviews. The holiday premium was not very high. I called to consult. There was a children's bed fence, so I booked it decisively. The housekeeper added WeChat and informed me of some precautions in advance.
I arrived at the hotel at two o'clock that day and checked in smoothly. After that, I went to the hot spring. The baby played on the first floor. The second floor was the children's play area, and I also went to see it~ The overall experience was very happy [snickering R]

"The housekeeper Xiao Wu provided warm and thoughtful service. The Kangaroo King Room is on the 5th floor. You can see kangaroos fighting on the platform downstairs from a distance when you get up early. The bed in the room is very large. The set meal in the Chinese restaurant downstairs is large and tastes good. There are many outdoor hot springs, which are private and comfortable. The zoo recommends self-driving. You can feed emus, deer, ponies, camels, and zebras freely. After the zebra area, they are basically carnivores. The train is relatively fast and the stop time is slightly shorter."

1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC
2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids
3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree
4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window
overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly"

WWangtaiyang@Recently, I wanted to experience the feeling of a hot spring B&B. Many people choose to go to hot springs when the weather is cold. However, when the weather is cold, there are many people, so I chose a season with fewer people to experience a hot spring B&B. Ctrip visited several hot spring B&Bs. , but there were a few bad reviews, so I finally chose Neighbors. First of all, this restaurant had a lot of bad reviews, and secondly, I thought the name was very good and artistic.
1. Location: It is located in a village at the intersection of Tangshan Expressway. It is easy to find by car. It is a quiet and clean village. There is a big tree at the door of the B&B.
2. I arrived at around 6 o'clock in the evening when I checked in. There were very few people coming to the hot springs during this season, so it was extra quiet. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type and told me the breakfast time (I was a little late in bed and didn't have breakfast😂). Welcome fruit. There are tea bags and every paper cup has a plastic bag on it, giving people a very careful and clean feeling. They took it to the room and told them how to drain the hot spring water.
3. Environment There is no peculiar smell when entering the house. The house is very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony.
4. The temperature of the hot spring is just right, neither cold nor hot, which can relieve fatigue.
The front desk even gave me a small gift when I was leaving, which was really unexpected. I even had a chat with the owner of the B&B at the door.
The B&Bs in the village do not have the hustle and bustle of business hotels in the city, but only the comfort of a slow-paced life. It is very suitable for you to come to the neighbors after a period of work, come to the quiet village to take a hot spring, and relax yourself appropriately.

Rooms are big, bright, clean. Staff is super friendly, no English but very helpful.
The hot springs are very relaxing surrounded by trees and stones and pagodas, can definitely spend the day jumping around the pools and relax. Just have to avoid the pools where the kids come with floaty donuts 🤷🏼♂️ But that’s just TIC. All facilities were super clean, nice sauna and shower. Best place to escape from a busy city for a few days.
The thai dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good and met all the expectations. Don't forget to prebook it in advance.

WWilsonCelebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Very nice private villa and pool, styled in a classic Chinese design. Clean, quiet, comfortable and high quality. Afternoon tea was nice also.
Minor criticism and not the hotel's fault - the area around the villas was *slightly* noisy. Fireworks, distant music and cars could all be heard. This is standard for China and it didn't spoil it for us but had hoped for somewhere totally silent. Nevertheless would go back here without hesitation.
Tip: You might want to ask them to put a bit old water in the hot spring tub. It was simply too hot for us to enter on the first night.

The room is very big and the decoration is all very textured solid wood. It has a rustic atmosphere from inside to outside.
The B&B also has a restaurant open to the public. So the breakfast, fruits and full refrigerator drinks are absolutely worth the money during the whole stay, not inferior to five-star hotels.
The hot spring is the part I look forward to the most. The water temperature is adjustable and the water is released quickly. The overall design is half open-air with a transparent glass roof. You won’t feel cold and you can listen to the rain hitting the glass. Take a comfortable bath.
The B&B also has cheongsam and Hanfu for free experience, saving time and effort! I took a lot of beautiful photos!
There is the Yangtze River when you go out, there are buses, and there are night markets and wild KTVs at night. Next time I have a chance to take a break from my busy schedule, Jiangnan will still be my first choice.

Environment: The hotel and its surroundings are very elegant. It is adjacent to Jinwu Pavilion Park, which is open for free. You can take a walk after dinner and it is very close to the hot spring.
The hotel environment is a Chinese courtyard, elegant and quiet, especially suitable for family outings and gatherings with relatives and friends, soaking in the hot spring, listening to the birds singing, looking at the blue sky, and being in a daze, which is very comfortable!
Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, the private bath is cleaned every day, and it is also safe to soak in the hot spring👍
Service: The focus is on praising the service. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very warm and friendly, and any requests are handled very efficiently👍 The Oreo cookies in the afternoon tea restaurant are particularly delicious😋 The staff also remembered it considerately and gave it to us as a small gift when checking out, and brought hot water. During the stay, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant at night, which was clean and light; breakfast was included. The restaurant was warm and cozy, mainly Chinese breakfast, with rich categories, local characteristics, exquisite and delicious, and the morning tea dim sum beef noodles and sweet potatoes were so delicious! In short, I will definitely come again and strongly recommend it to my relatives and friends❤️

AAllicerIt was a nice place to relax. Also, it is such a great place to have your own private hotspring once a day, go to a farm nearby, and pick up some fresh strawberries and eggs. The locals on the farm are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, there is not much variety. I will definitely come back again in the summer and recommend this place to my friends. JJames in ShanghaiWe loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities.
The room was clean the bed comfortable.
We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time.
We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.
