If the facilities are old and worn out, complaints will decrease if they are well managed. The weak point of the 16-person dormitory is noise prevention. The rustling of 16 people and the kitchen right next door cooking past midnight come into the room, irritating and waking you up. Because it's cheap, there are many long-term guests and everyone cooks breakfast and dinner, so it's noisy and messy.
