AAnonymous UserVery good hotel! Because we took the wrong bus that day, we arrived at the hotel a few hours later than expected. We were very tired from riding the bus all day. The front desk staff heard about our experience and upgraded our room for free, so that we could have a good rest. It was really considerate. The room was well-equipped, clean and tidy. You can also have a BBQ outside. It is very close to the supermarket and very convenient for shopping. Super cost-effective! Recommended to everyone! Nice hotel with kind service, neat and clean, near to Woolworth, good choice in Warrnambool!

GGuest UserVery satisfied. I live in a separate villa. You can play golf on the lawn opposite. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. The kitchen utensils are complete in the house. I saw that the residents next door are also Chinese. They are eating hot pot together on the balcony. The food is beautiful and it is really great. Enjoyed it so much

WWangtonyThe hotel is very new, in fact it is not fully finished yet as some rooms are still under renovations. The fitout are quite simple but modern, and my 14 years old boy likes very much. The reception was friendly, and presented us a paper with a list of recommended restaurants when we check-in, and instructed us how to walk there. Good value for money, would recommend to anyone travelling there.

YYuanThe hotel was very clean and the room was large. The reception was also very polite. But because it was late, there was only the last room, some semi-basement feeling, the house was dark. Tell the front desk that they are not satisfied, they immediately agreed to a refund. But in the end, forget it. Overall recommended, but it is best not to be this room.
