The room is relatively small, but the price is cheap. There is a bus right outside the hotel, and the bus is available 24 hours a day. 3 pounds per person, 10 minutes from the airport, it is convenient to go to the airport, very good

From the airport to the hotel, the bus is very convenient. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It costs 2 pounds per person. It is still okay to stay for one night if you are catching a flight.
Hygiene: 1. Catering: There are no restaurants around. There is a small supermarket in a gas station. There is a large supermarket about 1 km away.

This place is absolutely dreadful, not only does it smell so strongly of curry, the rooms are in need of serious updating and a real good clean. The manager was overly helpful and to be honest he unnerved me, as soon as he heard our door opening from our room he was coming out of his room asking where we were going etc and making comments about my appearance in a very slimy way, he was totally disrespectful. When my husband went to pay with his card he said he only dealt in cash, i didn’t have any breakfast thank goodness, and after smelling curry all night i really didn’t fancy anything, because i didn’t want anything to eat he refused to pick us up from Gatwick on our return from holiday. Avoid this place at all cost.

It’s a budget stay so you can’t expect too much. No airport noise and close to the Gatwick shuttle so good points for that. Unfortunately you can hear everyone coming and going so not the most restful. Bathroom is cleanish but very tired. I valued the price and ease of location over the facilities so would stay here again

I initially booked for myself and a friend, after a day trip however they were ill so couldn't make it. I arrived after collecting the car from purple parking and it only took 5 minutes. I pre paid for parking and when I arrived the doorbell didn't work, however I rang the first of 2 numbers on the door and was answered straight away. Checked in and showed to my room, it was very clean but basic, and tea/coffee milks/water provided, plus USB plug sockets. Nice hot shower, mattress was uncomfortable but as I was exhausted I did manage to get to sleep. Owner was friendly and price was ok. I would stay again due to proximity but be nice if mattresses were updated plus throws on beds were faded/marked! Hence 3 stars.

Stayed second time coming back from Gatwick. Beds were falling apart. If I could put the video up I would. Screws hanging out of the metal frame bed!!!! Family room mind. Two double beds that were not safe and one single. First room was great. Could do with a clean behind desks. Would not stay again. They try and charge you £10 for parking even when you have paid for your room. Just tell them no, as this is just for them to put in their pocket.

The guest house was very convenient for the airport but not noisy. Plenty of places close by for a meal.
Parking was available as stated but in January with no other cars there was still a charge of £10/night.
Bathroom extractor fan was not working so the ceiling was quite mouldy and the holder for the shower head was broken and just balanced in place. It didn't stay there once the water was turned on.
The general conditions were scruffy but all this was reflected in the price.
