This hotel has a large passenger flow, and people are always coming and going. The soundproofing is good, you can't hear the planes taking off and landing, you can hear the voices in the corridor outside the room, but not loud. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided in the room, you can ask the front desk to have them delivered to the room. The UK is not a tipping country, so you don't need to tip for them. The buffet breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor from 5:30 to 10:30, it's very rich, there are a lot of fruits, and the hot drinks of coffee and tea need to be brought to you by the waiter. There is a large passenger flow, and there is a queue for breakfast. It is recommended to go early if you are catching a flight. The service is very good, the front desk and the porter service are great

It is a very good choice to catch an early flight. After checking out on the 2nd floor of the hotel, there is a corridor next to the departure floor. The flight is at 10:30 in the morning. After having breakfast, I walked there slowly after 8 o'clock. The only drawback is that the bed is too soft. I feel like I am sinking into it. The pillow is also soft. I feel more tired the more I sleep.

Right next to the North Airport Station, convenient for boarding, good service, good breakfast, I mistakenly selected the child's age as an infant when booking, and the hotel specially changed it back to a children's room, the bedding is comfortable, and it can relieve fatigue during the journey
