O primeiro quarto que eu peguei estava com o banheiro sujo. Vaso sanitário usado, com xixi. Lamentavelmente além de usado, a ultima pessoa não deu descarga. Não é possível que a pesoa que limpa não tenha visto isso. Tentei ligar na recepção para trocar de quarto e o telefone não estava funcionando. Tive que descer para reclamar.
O outro quarto também extremamente sujo, inclusive com restos de comida e muito pó embaixo da cama e mesa de cabeceira. Tudo extremamente empoeirado. Ao pegar o secador de cabelo eu pude ver o pó caindo do saquinho que o embrulhava. As roupas de cama e toalhas de banho não estavam cheirosas e o box do banheiro com limpeza duvidosa.

There was dust in the room that had not been cleaned. The front desk service attitude was good when I first checked in, but they did not remind me that the shuttle bus needed to be booked in advance. The man who was at the front desk to arrange the shuttle bus in the evening was very impatient. I didn't feel that this was the service that a Mariott brand should have, not to mention that the price of this hotel is not cheap.
The shuttle bus driver had a bad attitude and was unwilling to help when there was no place to put the suitcase.
