My flight was delayed so I couldn't get on the shuttle bus.
I heard there was a nearby bus but I wasn't sure which one to use so I took an expensive taxi.
The room was cheap but old and the shower was freezing in the winter.

I arrived in Amsterdam late at night. The hotel's shuttle was right there waiting for me. The drive was smooth and quick. The driver was really nice! I was greeted by a lovely young lady. Her smile was bright and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was lovely. My room was nice. The bed was comfortable and quiet. I slept well. My wake-up call came on time, thank you 😊. I caught the hotel shuttle to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Excellent customer service at really good prices.

There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Amsterdam Airport. It runs every half an hour, which is very convenient. The breakfast is 18 euros and is quite standard. There are better options, so you don’t have to eat. There is a McDonald’s nearby, which you can choose. The hotel room is larger than ibis budget. The earliest drop-off is at 6 am. If you catch an early flight, you need to take a taxi yourself.
