Hotel Twenty-Three Amsterdam Airport

My stay was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for relaxing and easy access to the airport. I really enjoyed my time here — thank you for the great hospitality

Hotel Twenty Three is a neat boutique-style hotel that worked perfectly for my stay near Amsterdam Airport. The property is clean, modern, and has a friendly staff. The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to a bus stop that connects directly to the airport. From the time you leave the hotel, it’s about a 20-minute trip to Schiphol. Getting into Amsterdam Central takes longer, around 45–60 minutes, but if you’re looking for an airport-friendly base, this is ideal. Another plus is the nearby shopping: about 5 minutes away (same spot as the bus stop) is a large mall with both a typical indoor shopping center and plenty of street-facing/outdoor-style shops. There was also an open market happening during the days I was there. Around this area, there are also about five grocery stores clustered together, each a little different, so it’s very convenient if you want to pick up food, drinks, or travel essentials. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants within walking distance, giving you lots of dining options. One minor downside: while the heating system appeared to work, the room temperature never seemed to change much, which could be noticeable in colder months. Overall, Hotel Twenty Three is a stylish and practical choice if you want something close to the airport without feeling isolated, with the bonus of multiple grocery stores, shopping, and dining right nearby.

One thing that was disappointing was that all the power on our room went out about midnight. My husband went down to ask for help and the desk clerk wasn’t very pleased. A breaker had switched off in a panel not located in our room. Others, the hotel is quiet and clean.
