Das Zimmer war extrem groß und geräumig, das Bett unnatürlich breit. Am Frühstück gab es auch nichts zu bemängeln, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!

Absurd price for service offered. We opted to avoid the regular chain hotels after reading the positive reviews for this establishment. The area and proximity to the airport was fine. The people working the front desk were kind and helpful. The unpleasant surprises became obvious when we opened the door to our rooms. Imagine a run down Motel 6 charging $240 per room. Every picture tells a story.

Unfortunately, a real flop! The hotel has been beautifully renovated and I also rate the location as good, but unfortunately we had a room with a fixed glass window, meaning no fresh air! When we visited, the outside temperature was 24 degrees, the hotel corridor was very warm due to its glass frontage and therefore the same in our room! The air conditioning did help, but it also made a correspondingly loud background noise, and without it, sleeping was impossible because of the heat. Another room was not available, so we had to get earplugs from reception - no thanks! Our room was really dark, there was no towel rail or hand towels with hooks, half the bathroom was under water when we showered (bad design), and so all the little things became a big problem! At breakfast, a whirlwind of a tour bus stormed the buffet at 7:30 a.m., so we had to queue for coffee, everything was empty or spilled, and there weren't enough dishes either! That was day 1, day 2 as well, and we cut day 3 short and went home - what a shame!

Everything was good except transport and laundry
Everything about the hotel was good — clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. However, transportation is not very convenient, and there’s no laundry service or washing machine available, which was a bit inconvenient.

Prima service!
Bij aankomst uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Kregen een upgrade qua kamer maar gaven toch de voorkeur aan een andere kamer. Werd zonder probleem gewisseld. Midden in de nacht ging het brandalarm af. Iedereen uit de kamers. Werden beneden opgevangen en kregen wat te drinken. Na thuiskomst een mail met het aanbod om een deel van de overnachting te vergoeden. Netjes!

Hidden gem
Had a 18hour layover from Malta to Philadelphia. Hotel Twenty three is one of those hidden gems that you wish you found sooner. Check in was super easy. The customer service was awesome! Room was huge and clean. Felt really comfortable sleeping on the bed.
