The room of 5,000 yuan a night didn't even have a welcome fruit plate. I stayed for four nights. On the last night, the landline in the room kept ringing, and it rang six or seven times. People were stupid once in an hour. I didn't sleep well with my child. At six o'clock in the morning, I went to the front desk to find someone to argue. My English was not very good, so I asked the guide for help me and the front desk theory. I asked for a free late check-out and didn't sleep well. The hotel agreed to check-out until 6:00 p.m. Compared with other hotels, this is a better hotel in Oahu. Overall, I can only give 6 points. Maybe my requirements are too high. The service attitude of living in Bulgali hotels at this price in China is still very different. There will be a lot of gifts.

The hotel facilities are very new. The location is not near Waikiki Beach. It is about 3km away from the beach. If you want to go to the beach, you need to take a taxi or bus. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic.

Located in the legendary city center. The mattress was sunken, and it was covered with a blanket, and the color was a bit inexplicable. Intensely contact yourself and bring a 4-piece set. Due to the old mattress, the head and feet are higher than the buttocks after going to bed. Service is acceptable. The air-conditioning sound is crazy loud, estimated to be 50 decibels. The space is larger and the sea view is a little bit too. The equipment is relatively complete, and you can cook if you are diligent.

First of all, I want to praise Ctrip's customer service. On the day of check-in, the hotel said that the order had not been received. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and it was resolved within 30 minutes. It should have been early morning in China at that time. I really appreciate the speed of the customer service.
The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points.
The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped.
When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips?
Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free.
The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

The room is well-equipped with facilities. The beach in front can be reached within 10 minutes. There are brand-name stores, supermarkets, outlets and food courts in the commercial street behind. It is very convenient.

Because I knew what I was expecting with the only room amenities being wifi and a fan, I was not disappointed. For future guests, this is a YMCA residence, not a hostel or motel.
The building is older but it’s easy to get around from your room to the front desk.
I actually preferred the no alcohol policy of the establishment because I’m in recovery (almost 6 years sober!).
Just be prepared for a humid, hot night with a fan to cool you down. The only AC that I was shown was in sort of a day room area which was always open.

The scenery is nice and the service is also very good. The front desk is serious and attentive. The room is very clean. You need to queue for the buffet, but the wait time will not be too long. It is also close to the downtown area, about seven or eight minutes away by car.
