The hotel facilities are very new. The location is not near Waikiki Beach. It is about 3km away from the beach. If you want to go to the beach, you need to take a taxi or bus. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic.

Located in the legendary city center. The mattress was sunken, and it was covered with a blanket, and the color was a bit inexplicable. Intensely contact yourself and bring a 4-piece set. Due to the old mattress, the head and feet are higher than the buttocks after going to bed. Service is acceptable. The air-conditioning sound is crazy loud, estimated to be 50 decibels. The space is larger and the sea view is a little bit too. The equipment is relatively complete, and you can cook if you are diligent.

The place where you get off is P2, which is a little distance from the beach. There is a return bus about every half hour, which is very convenient. The hotel's elevator is very fast. First, press the floor you want to go to at the door, and then the elevator will automatically allocate it. Basically, one floor per second, there is no pain of high-rise elevators at all, which is very good; Opposite is Ala Moana, Walmart, and buses. Let's talk about the disadvantages: I don't know about other rooms. The window of the room we booked is a large movable window that can be moved to the top of the room. Once the door is opened, it is a half-person-high glass, and then there is no protection, and there is no balcony. See p1, that is to say, more than 20 floors... If you open the window directly, a strong wind will fly out of the window, which I think is quite dangerous. So later we didn't open the window, but opened a crack for ventilation; Although the room was newly built in 24 years, the facilities in the room are already a bit broken. The bathtub drains slowly, the clothesline can't be retracted, and the remote control of the smart toilet is also broken... In general, I think this hotel is not worth five stars, at most it is a four-star, which is ok to stay in.

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

Because I knew what I was expecting with the only room amenities being wifi and a fan, I was not disappointed. For future guests, this is a YMCA residence, not a hostel or motel. The building is older but it’s easy to get around from your room to the front desk. I actually preferred the no alcohol policy of the establishment because I’m in recovery (almost 6 years sober!). Just be prepared for a humid, hot night with a fan to cool you down. The only AC that I was shown was in sort of a day room area which was always open.

The hotel is not far from the shopping mall. It takes less than 20 minutes by taxi to other places. I like the hotel's swimming pool and bar. The staff are friendly and lovely. The only drawback is that there is no private beach, but the disadvantages are not outweighed by the advantages. The beach is a few steps away. You can see all kinds of beautiful tropical fish by free diving. You can also swim with big turtles. Everything is worth it. The hotel's body lotion smells good.

Booking in at reception was a friendly and very easy experience. The room was good but had more of a close up view of bushes than a City View. The food I had was good, however the bar was often very busy with just one person making the food and serving drinks. I tried to get served a few times but had to leave and returned a bit later for service. The location was very good for bus services and convenient for walking to local Waikiki beaches and along Kalakaua Ave.
