There are dolphins in the hotel lagoon, and just looking at them is soothing. The facility itself feels old, but the hospitality of the staff makes up for it.

I like it very much. It is the hotel I want. The environment and service are very good. It is quiet and comfortable. I recommend it. The hotel is located in the high-end residential area of ​​Honolulu. There are black Kitty and dolphin shows. The beach is also beautiful.

The kids were very happy. The beach was right next to the room. This was the best experience in Hawaii.

The hotel was renovating from morning to night, and the noise was so loud that it was like drilling a hole in the head. Then, there was no notice of renovation on various platforms and the hotel's official website, and the notice was posted on an A4 paper in the hotel lobby. I was really convinced. I asked for a quieter room, and the first person only downgraded me to a very bad room, which was still very noisy. In the end, I had no choice but to say that you can check out and go to other hotels... Then the second service staff said that there was a room with a good location, and the noise would be much quieter, but you had to pay $200 a day, which was a 50% discount. In the end, I had no choice but to pay more to change the room, but it was still noisy. It felt like drilling a hole in the head, not drilling a hole next to it. This was really the first time I experienced this kind of hotel, a huge renovation project, and the noise was very loud, just like the sound of redecorating by chiseling the wall! And there was no announcement on the official website and booking platform. What's more interesting is that you have to pay more to change to a quiet room. I was really convinced! I regretted staying here. I should have stayed in Waikiki Beach, without this kind of noise. In short, I was very unhappy!!!
