Aston Waikiki Sunset

I requested two beds when booking, but when I checked in, I was told that the hotel received a large bed. The front desk first said that I could upgrade to a room with two beds for an additional fee, and then said that I might be able to coordinate a twin room if I waited. Although I missed the time to watch the sunset at the beach, the problem was finally solved, and I appreciated the service of the front desk. In the future, when booking overseas hotels, I think I should write in English directly to avoid translation errors. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. There are reminders to keep quiet everywhere, and it is really quiet. The self-service laundry service is very necessary for people who play in the sea every day.

We requested an extra bed and were scheduled to stay with three people, but we were given a room with only one bed, so we ended up separating the sofa bed and the attached bed to make three. We were given a better room on a different floor, but we wished both rooms were better. We applied based on a photo with two beds, so we hope they will address this inaccuracy.

The rooms and facilities are old. On the first day, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working, which is a disaster for a hotel with more than 30 floors. Fortunately, there was no similar situation later. The hotel is in a good location and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The location is good, close to the beach and restaurants. The suite is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and cooker, so you can cook your own food. The building is very old, and the furniture and facilities are also old. The room is cleaned every three days. If you have high requirements for hygiene, you may not be used to it.

Convenient travel, quiet accommodation, close to the car rental company, very satisfied.

Except the location is not very close to the center of Waikiki, everything else is good.
