We received an incredibly warm welcome from Anastashia and Lance at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach. We booked a junior suite with an ocean view, and the room and the view were top-notch. Lea was responsible for cleaning our floor. Thanks to her, our room was always incredibly clean and very inviting. In general, all the staff were incredibly friendly. Valet parking prices are comparable to other hotels. Great value for money. The location is also very central, 2 minutes from the Waikiki Beach Walk and a 6-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Every guest could pick up beach towels, high-end beach chairs, and umbrellas free of charge from outside the hotel entrance. The hotel's pool area was also lovely, with loungers and a whirlpool. The pool is only ankle-deep, but that didn't bother us because the ocean was so close. We highly recommend the hotel!

This hotel was very convenient and had good access to everywhere.
The staff were polite and even if I arrived in the morning, they would email me to let me know that my room was ready, so I was able to check in early (I was able to get into my room by 1pm).
The room was clean and spacious.
Although it was a room with only a shower, there were no problems with the water pressure or temperature.
The jacuzzi on the front floor was conveniently available until 10pm.
It was a nice hotel with no unnecessary things and a compact layout.

It was nice because I could see the ocean and the facilities were clean. There was a fitness facility, although small. There was also a pool on the lobby floor, but the water was shallow, so it was a bit disappointing.
