LSI RESORT AT ALA MOANA HAS THE WORST ROOMS THEIR ROOMS ARE PRIVATE AND THE HOTEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM AS FAR AS CLEANING AND HOUSE KEEPING THE WASTOOM HAD MOLD I. YHE SHOWER ON THE SINK ON THE WALLS THE RUG WAS SO DIRTY IT WAS SICKING

We had a great stay. Easy walking distance from a nice beach and right next to a huge shopping mall. Would have loves a few more coffee / tea sachets in the room. We were in the Waikiki Tower. Friendly staff

The Ala Moana Hotel is a wonderful hotel; however, the 'privately owned' rooms managed by LSI Resorts are a disaster. We stayed in the Kona Tower and the room was dirty, with no service to the room the entire week we were there unless we called 24 hours in advance and paid for clean towels, sheets, and garbage removal, etc. The room was tired and unclean. I would not recommend this portion of the hotel at all.

Ala Moana is a great hotel to stay in. LSI Resorts who manages certain rooms is another thing. The room I stayed 2 1/2 weeks was terrible. Clogged wash basin, filth, shower curtain was moldy, broken shower handle, dusty vent, loose wall lights, wall outlets, tv had no channel indicator. Overall service by LSI Resorts was terrible. You could not get immediate service and every service, the customer had to pay in addition to rent. All request for service =must be telephone and you must call early in the morning LSAI is in another time zone. I will never book with LSI Resort again. I recommend booking directly with the Hotel not with LSI Resorts!
