My accommodation experience was very bad for the following reasons: 1. No hot water: There was no hot water during the entire stay and I couldn't take a shower. After contacting the front desk, the service staff did not provide any help at all and their attitude was cold and perfunctory. 2. Very poor service attitude: The service staff not only did not solve the problem, but they seemed impatient and had no customer service awareness at all. 3. Poor room conditions: The room was dim and old, looked very old, and the lighting was insufficient, which gave people a very depressing feeling. 4. Cleanliness issues: When cleaning the room, the waiter actually threw my clothes on the ground at will, showing no respect for the guests at all. 5. The room location is unsafe: My room was actually located outside the emergency exit, with only one room around it and a railing next to it, which felt very unsafe, especially at night. In general, this stay was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel's hardware facilities and services were far below expectations, especially the safety hazards and service attitude issues. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I stayed in a three-bed room for three more nights because the hotel front desk said that the room with a sky view was too small and not as comfortable as a three-bed room. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is too small. It is okay for children to play in. Fortunately, it is close to Waikiki Beach. If you want to swim, you can go directly to the Pacific Ocean for a swim. The service and cleanliness are all good. There is also a small balcony with two chairs and a round coffee table, where you can drink coffee and watch the street view. Quite pleasant.

The room was small and relatively clean. The order did not include breakfast, but the hotel gave me a ticket to get snacks in the morning, which was quite considerate. The hotel is very close to Waikiki Beach, surrounded by commercial streets, and there are many places to eat. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is very convenient

There is a kitchen but no cooking utensils or microwave. The TV settings and coffee machine were incomplete. It took more than a day to get the coffee machine fixed. Snack-like: Energy bars and canned juices are available, and iced tea and hot coffee are provided free of charge until after lunch. However, it seems that homeless people sometimes use the facilities, so if you are concerned about hygiene, you may want to use them even if they say that the hygiene is okay. If you can communicate in English, the location is convenient and it's good. Even if you don't go to Ala Moana, you can go to Ross Macy's ABC and it's close to the beach. The kitchen is inconvenient because there are no cooking utensils or microwave. Even if you request a bathtub early, you are given a shower because there are only a few of them. You shouldn't expect the hygiene and technology environment of a Japanese business hotel. The coin laundry was convenient, costing 25 cents, $2.25 for laundry, and $3 for the dryer. The staff was relatively friendly.

The room is relatively old, but the location is good. It was fully booked and we were not given the room we booked. After the Ctrip staff actively helped to coordinate without success, they decisively gave us compensation. We did not bother any more because we were too tired. I still have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip's service.
