The place is fairly convenient. You can walk to many restaurants. Staff members are courteous and helpful. The room is reasonably sized but designed to encourage you to eat, I. E., utensils in the room are fairly sparse. It's okay when you are on vacation and don't really want to cook.

Not bad. Could be much better.
Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice. It was a bit loud, but you are staying in a downtown area, so that is to be expected. The pool was a let down...I expected much more for the price. There is also this weird offer that is almost pushed on you to see another property in exchange for a $125 Amex card. I didnt go since I dont care about a gift card attached to a timeshare presentation, but, be warned. It is AGGRESSIVELY pushed!

The room with partial kitchen was very nice, bed was comfortable but tub drain had to be fixed and we had to call down several times to get more sugar and creamer for the coffee. Staff was very helpful. Pool was small, no frills. No restaurant and a 10 min walk to the beach. Better hotels that were closer and had restaurants will be my choice next time when I don't have to use RCI which I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
