Great location right next to Ala Moana mall and within walking distance to Waikiki. Room was clean but overall amenities for the room were average (nothing special for but enough for the stay).

The room was smaller than we thought but the location was really close to the mall. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The lobby looks fine but the room is really old, pay extra money to upgrade to an ocean view with balcony at main building. The Starbucks in the hotel is so expensive😳

A very well located hotel. Adjoining the shopping center where you will find all the necessary amenities (huge shopping center).
The hotel is close to many bus lines and only 20 minutes from Waikiki Beach. A quieter and equally beautiful beach is 6 minutes away from the market.
The hotel has a laundry room, gym, swimming pool. The staff is very pleasant. There are a few shops and a Starbucks in the hotel on the ground floor.

It's a bit far from Waikiki, but it's easily reachable by car. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. What's a little disappointing is that the elevator that goes up from the underground parking lot to the lobby was broken, so it was a bit difficult to carry the suitcase.
