There is a main building and an annex, but the annex is really bad, and if you stay in the main building, the cost-effectiveness is really good! I stayed for 3 nights and stayed in the annex on the first day and was so depressed that I paid extra money to upgrade my room to the main building, and I was very satisfied! And it's very noisy because it's a downtown area, so take that into consideration! This is a picture of the bathroom when I stayed in the annex, but there was no ventilation and no lighting in the shower cubicle.. It was poor. Compare it with the pictures of the main building!

We upgraded the room to 2 bunk beds and a large bed, which can accommodate 6 people, but there were only 4 of us. Parking fee is 20🔪 a day, breakfast is 15🔪 per person or a la carte, bagel is 5🔪 each, which is cheaper than the hotel in Waikiki. The hotel has welcome chocolate and facial mask, but you need to ask the front desk for toothbrush and toothpaste, and there are no slippers. You can borrow snorkeling tools in the swimming pool for 6🔪4 hours.

We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that.

I booked two rooms at the same time, but they were on different floors, and even though they were the same price, one of them didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. The conditioner was empty when I was in the bath! I stayed for consecutive nights, but it seemed like the floors hadn't been cleaned, and the bathrobes hadn't been replenished, so it's not good considering the price! The location and front desk staff were good.

Don’t book a room cheaply! *Environmental location, next to Wakiki Beach and on the main road, it is very convenient to be connected in all directions. Convenience stores and restaurants, trolly stations, public beaches, and zoos are all very close and within walking distance. *Room facilities, the hotel has a history of a hundred years, so it is very stylish, but the city view room in the Diamond Building is so bad! ! ! ! Not as good as the new 3 star hotel rooms. (Pictured below are the benefits of room upgrade with the Marriott Platinum Card. I booked the cheapest room, but it turned out that booking through a third party did not provide any membership benefits. In the Maui fire, the hotel was full, and I wanted to upgrade temporarily but there was no room). The room is old, with an area of less than 20 square meters. Morning and night, I am woken up either by cars on the road or by the phone in the next room. A very bad experience! * Service, remind the guests to check the bill carefully. After staying for 5 nights, the wrong bill was charged on 4 days. They checked it out one by one when they checked out, and the wrong money was refunded after 4 days. In short, don't try to be cheap when booking a room. The small and shabby room type is not as good as staying in Hyatt or Marriott. The price/performance ratio is too low!

The room is very big, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the hotel has a kettle, which is the only hotel with a kettle in our Hawaii trip. The price of the hotel including breakfast is also very good, and the high-rise mountain view room has an unbeatable mountain view! Recommended

Fun for the kids and family. Great infinity pool. They should have more pool side service than going to the restaurant ordering. Service could be a bit friendlier but overall great. Rooms are a little outdated. Lobby is nice and location is great!

Location is super good, convenient to walk to anywhere in Waikiki. Valet parking staffs are great and kind of Japanese-style friendly, however the reception desk staff seemed always busy. Room is small and has a smell, maybe due to the oldness of the air conditioning and the building. You need to open the windows to ventilation every day. But the shower is incredibly good, like a hotel bathroom in Japan. Good and powerful water stream, feels like a waterfall and a hot spring. The shower is a huge plus, kind of the best in the US.

Breakfast mainly consisted of bread and fruit, and there was nothing particularly impressive about the food. There were no inconveniences in terms of amenities as there were car rentals, activities, and a convenience store on the first floor, but the swimming pool on the second floor was too old to be usable. As for hotel service, there was a resident Korean staff member, so there were no difficulties with check-in, and everyone was friendly.

The hotel is located near the airport which is excellent for transient passengers. However, if you plan to stay for visit you may want to consider staying near the tourist spot. We need to take an UBER to another hotel as this hotel is not jn the route of the tour bus where taking going to Pearl Harbor. The staff are friendly and accommodating especially Emil who’s one of the Filipino in the front desk. However, I cannot say the same to the other Filipino staff who’s name I will not say. He needs to polish on his hospitality skills and the way he speaks to the guest of the hotel. You also need to tell front desk everyday that you need them to make up your room as they will not do so since the Covid hits. There’s a free internet available specific to our room but this becomes unavailable after a couple of days stay and we need to connect to the WiFi of other rooms. There’s a Chinese restaurant nearby who serves excellent Chinese food.
