SONO Felice Vivaldi Park Reviews

The room itself is very nice, spacious and cozy. However, if the shuttle bus can run more frequently would be better. It is very difficult for family with lots of luggage to walk to the shuttle bus stop. Thanks to the counter who helped us sort out the problem.

The only issue we have is the transport option. The only form of travel to the ski park is via the shuttle bus which only takes up to max 20 people unless you drive or prefer to walk for 15mins on foot to the ski park (out in the cold!) No taxi service in the area. So if you met with another big group of travelers be prepared to wait for the next shuttle which is running on a 20-30mins interval. The shuttle only bring you to the Sono moon hotel and from there you still need to walk about 6-10 mins to reach the ski park. The hotel suite was spacious and nice and offer a nice view of the ski park.

Everything is good except the staff’s English proficiency and communication skills need to be improved. It very difficult to find a staff who can communicate with in English.

Booked the gold suite . 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed . Master room have the strong odour smell coming from the bathroom . Short distance walk from ski park . Feeder bus provided every 10 mins , but we waited for an hour cause driver thought we going sono village and refused to pick us . After seeking help from sono moon front desk then we able to board on the bus . Reason : they pronounced sono felice as Sono Feli-ce . So do rem Tis if u taking the bus . As there r 2 buses there , one per hr to village , another every 10 to n fro from felice .

The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the ski lifts and 5 minutes from the water park. We were upgraded to a Royal suite, it had 3 bedrooms (one without a window - ondol), 3 bathrooms and a huge balcony. We liked everything

The location is very good, there are shops, restaurants, coffee shops, car services, everything is complete in one place, within walking distance, there is plenty of parking, the room is very spacious compared to the price. The room has a beautiful view of the ski slopes.

It's a great place to go with friends and family I booked a Gold Suite kitchen room and I'm very satisfied

Good It was the weekend so there were a lot of people but I had fun But check-in was at 5pm instead of 3pm Maybe it's because it's old so there was noise between floors and the TV was small Other than that I'm satisfied

The disappointing thing is that the wind blows in through the windows of the ondol room! If it was curtains, it would have been able to block the wind a little, but it was colder because it was blinds ㅠㅠㅠ I couldn't move from the blanket with my child I'd like to go again next time, but I'd rather sleep in the living room🤥 Except for this, everything else was perfect 🥰

The room was spacious and nice! It was clean and well organized. There were a lot of cars, but parking was okay, and it was nice that there was a shuttle to Sonomun. The ondol room was so drafty that it was cold, so I didn't use it. There was a bathtub and the hot water came out well, so it was nice. The bidet in the living room bathroom was broken, so I couldn't use it. There was only one outlet in the living room, which was inconvenient. I also used breakfast, which was okay. It got really crowded after 8:30. There were a lot of people when I checked out, so the wait was long, and it took too long to get on the elevator, so it was difficult. However, it was so good that I forgot all the regrets and difficulties. I will definitely use it again!

The ondol room floor wasn't hot... so it wasn't that good.. Also, I asked for a towel change... but they said they could only exchange it... That was a bit disappointing too ㅠ It would have been nice if they had given me what I asked for..
