Arrived after 16:00 to find the room not cleaned. Cleaning lady arrived, cleaned the room and I was able to go inside. The water dispenser had no room temperature/cold water so I had to wait for the water to cool before I could drink it. You have to pay $200 deposit đ for what đ¤ˇđ˝âď¸, I donât know. The room was tiny but it served its purpose. Spent 1 night only and would never go back.

This hotel is very clean! Has an electric card key,. Looks like a small hotel, not hostel like at Tim Shai Sui or everywhere in Hong Kong. But we ordered a little bit expensive room, worth to pay 100 HKD more to live in comfort. Not bad views from the window. The bedding is clean and also good that every morning they clean the room and change towels. You have everything you need , towels, fan, toothbrush etcâŚ

I stayed at the hotel for three days on a business trip recently. The overall experience was very good! In particular, the hotel's gym facilities are very complete, and the dumbbells and other equipment are very new and complete, and it is open 24 hours a day. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor has a beautiful view. The bar manager Joe is very enthusiastic and the cocktails he mixes are also very good. In the evening, you can enjoy the city view of Kowloon, especially at sunset, it is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. The bar is open from 5 to 11.
Finally, the hotel's shuttle bus service is also very convenient. It runs every half an hour. Now the weather in Hong Kong is still a bit hot, and it is very considerate to have a shuttle bus. After sitting at the Airside shopping mall, you can walk directly to the subway station entrance. The subway to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui is also about 20 minutes. I especially want to praise the staff here, who are very friendly and enthusiastic. The nearby gymnasium and retail area will also open at the end of the year, and this area should be very lively at that time.

One of the best hotel in Hong Kong. The view in room is astonishing and perfect where I can see clearly the Victoria harbor daytime and nighttime, especially at night.

Every corner of our building holds a hint of its former glory from the modern aesthetic of our 185 rooms to the streamlined, business oriented mindset weâve applied to our services. The original floor plans, pieces of the factory and vintage Camel products that have been re-imagined into new uses can be found in the public areas and our rooms. My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my sonâs bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. Weâll definitely go again very soon.

Excellent
CChico999Very good all around value considering you are Hong Kong. âCozyâ rooms with comfy beds. The food is very good in spite of the set menu, except for the western option which adds a hot dog and canned baked beans to your eggs instead of bacon and potatoes. One load of self service laundry costs $10.22. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Recommend the dumpling place down the street.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. Itâs about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a cafĂŠ in case a laptop is required.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they donât provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier đđť
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
