Room is clean but very small. The cleaner was very rude opening the door of our room and shouting for checkout. Checkout is so early 10am. And some of their staff are rude.

I booked on Ctrip.com for October 16, 2024 at 6:00 am. After the booking was completed, it showed that I would check in on the 15th and check out on the 16th. It cannot be modified or refunded. I rang the doorbell at the store but no response. I called but no one answered. The Ctrip.com staff negotiated with the hotel staff but it was a one-track mind. This scam hotel hangs up the Internet but does not do anything. I doubt that this hotel exists. I lost a night's room fee and did not stay. Bad review

Really good stay. The lady is really helpful and kind. The room was bigger than the standard tiny HK apartments, location is excellent, nearby promenade. Difficult to find the reception, it’s the first elevator on the left on 11th floor at the building, opposite site to Singapore exchange point. Entrance to the building next to the watsons isquare mall

The room is small in size, cleanliness is maintained & cleaned every day.. the check-in counter is in another block, the room is in another block.. it's a bit difficult to start check-in

The room sounds large, but it's actually an L-shaped corridor. You have to walk sideways to the bathroom after putting a single bed in it. The air conditioning is not very good. It's very cold when it's turned on and very hot when it's turned off. You can't adjust the temperature.
