Actually it was the nightmare. First it started with arguing regarding deposit. Omg what deposit??? And the fault is on the side of Trip.com as there wasn’t clearly written and visible that. If so then I would never choose it. And the place was so old, bed small to me as I’m 186cm tall I can’t comfortably stretch my self. And the worst nightmare was the service. On the reception was a woman probably from Philippines who pretended she doesn’t understand English. And she was so rude, calling me in Chinese f…g bad…d as many other bad words. She thinks I don’t understand her but I keep calm. I don’t suggest anyone to visit this place.

Have stayed here twice since 2017 and will likely stay here again. Meets all of a solo traveler's basic needs. Location is great.

not comfortable for staying

It's very clean. There are toothbrushes. The landlord's house also has sockets that don't require converters. It's very convenient to travel. It's also very lively. It's a very pleasant trip.

1. I have to say that the location is pretty good. It's quite in the city center and close to the MRT station. 2. It's a bit like an apartment-style B&B without an elevator. The counter is on the 2nd floor. And seriously speaking, it is not suitable for the elderly or those with inconvenient legs and feet, because there is no elevator and it will be really cold to carry luggage. 3. If you have extreme mysophobia, it may not be suitable, but basically you get what you pay for. Cheap and suitable for buying travel petty bourgeoisie. The door lock of the toilet is broken and there is no external window. The smell is a bit stronger. 4. Is there any service? Then there is no service. The price is very cheap and there is no service. No bottled water provided. This is the first time I’ve encountered a manual morning call knocking on the door.

The air conditioner in the room above kept dripping all night. I couldn't sleep well the whole night.

It's really bad. The corridor going up is very dilapidated and has been under renovation. It's very noisy at night and during the day. The soundproofing is very rubbish. I can't have a good rest at all. The service attitude is also very speechless. I really don't treat customers as customers... Anyway, I'm just taking advantage of the whole place.

I was thinking of going to Chungking Mansion, but I decided to go here because of Chungking Mansion's safety issues, but it's much more serious than Chungking Mansion. First of all, it doesn't seem surprising if the electric distribution box at the entrance catches fire right away. I understand that the rooms are small and have no windows, as this is something that was notified, but the smell of mold was too strong. The air conditioner drain goes into the bathroom, so the bathroom floor is always wet. I was disgusted by the hair and pussy hair rolling around on the bed, wondering if they even cleaned it. Although it is said to be non-smoking, there is an ashtray in the room, and the smell of cigarettes comes in from somewhere. Everyone seems to be smoking in their rooms. The name is Hong Kong, but the front desk staff does not speak English. The location of the Ladies Market is good... Safety and cleanliness issues are serious.

Walk up 3 floors, the way up is narrow and scary. The room is small, understandable, acceptable. But found 2-3 cockroaches in the room. Luckily we only used the room to store our bags, not to stay overnight.
